HBS is corrupt to its foundation, and until there is a complete flushing out of the school itself, there will be no real change.

At the core of the problems we have witnessed this past year (banking meltdown, Ponzi schemes, excessive compensation, insider bailouts... involving many HBS alum) is an insider network of fraternity/good old boy relationships that drives virtually every aspect of HBS life... It is insideous...  It touches everything from hiring, to tenure, to investor relations, to alum activities, to job placement, to our endowment investments.  And we all know it&#039;s true, but love the &quot;benefits&quot; it provides.  

This is the real problem.... and a pledge, as good a start it may be, does not address the problem, and is certainly no cure.

We need &quot;true leadership&quot; to change the school, or the next disaster will be upon us sooner than we think.</description>
